QUE:-1 Explain how you arrived at your proposition.

Answer:- my cousin has more than 10-years’ experience of CNC programming and engineering
field and he wants to start a new business so that we think about elevator industry and we do a
survey and then take over a firm which is not making elevator parts with high accuracy and we
started it with high accuracy.

QUE:-2 what makes you believe it will succeed?

Answer: - According to I say my cousin has experience and a firm which we acquire that have
one or two customers who purchase only from that firm so that market is already is there.

QUE:-3 write a mission statement linking your product or service to the customer needs it is
aimed at

Answer: - To develop quality, provide total customer satisfaction and achieve leadership in the
chosen market through the efficient deployment of technology based on world-class research and
development.

QUE:-4 Write the vision and value statements.

Answer: - Vision:- To be leading company in the field providing value-added, innovative and
integrated services, high-quality products that are totally satisfactory to the customer. We strive
for superior performance in everything we do, to preserve the organizational and financial
strength.

Value: - In all our endeavors, we are guided by the needs of the customer, creating a partnership
that is effective and personal. We develop and strengthen our collaborative relationship with all
of our customers, our employees, volunteers, and our business partners.

QUE:-5 what are your principal objectives:

Answer: - Short term:-develop a new product like drive, sensor, etc.

Long term: - to expand my business worldwide and start selling my product online.

Set another manufacturing plant in another country also.

QUE:-6 List your tasks and action plan as you see them at present

Answer: - our R&D department develop product one by one and we capture all over India’s
market of the elevator so that our expansion is good and also we are exporting these parts to the
other country. So when the demand is more outside India then we start plant at that which
country is suitable for us.

QUE:-7 How much money do you think will be needed to get your business started?

Answer: - According to my calculation the total cost is around 1.35cr.

QUE:-8 Decide on the type of marketing and explain why you think your marketing is the most
appropriate.

Answer: - we have already market presence. At this time we are marketing through the
traditional way as well digital way. Word of mouth, direct contact with the manufacturer of
elevator and header.
