The Corn Hub - Corn Station is a food stall that caters different kinds of popular corn meals
here in the Philippines. Home-based cook foods that serves a high standard of food on a low
cost budget. The Corn Hub serves freshly made varieties of corn foodstuffs at all times
during the business hours. The business started because of a high price of goods, that's why
the owners are encouraged to build a business about foods that is budget friendly. Corn is a
one of the major product in the market, the price ranges from 21 (twenty one) to 33 (thirty
three) pesos. The price is too good for a business because you can have huge income in less
profit. The food station aims to offer its products at an affordable price to meet the demand

Memorial Trade School ground at Lias, Marilao, Bulacan. The owners decided the business
to be there because of a good spot for a regular customer. The Corn Hub - Corn station will
serve a large regular customer base and will therefore concentrate its business and
marketing in the school ground, which will be the dominant target market. This will
