Desired outputs include improved school facilities and a well-organized learning environment. 2) To encourage teacher professional development through further education and training to improve teaching efficiency. 3) To enhance assessment systems and use of ICT to raise teaching and learning efficiency. 4) To provide support to help students achieve their potentials and strive for excellence through seminars, workshops and competitions. The school head, teachers and other stakeholders are responsible for monitoring strategies and evaluating achievement of the objectives.
