Training of Trainers & Accreditation

Background & Introduction:

Our Train the Trainer courses are designed to equip you with the skills you need to become
a certified professional Trainer under the protocol set by Ministry of Skill Development &
Entrepreneurship. Each course/skill trade listed below focuses on a different skill set for
your portfolio, including training design, delivery and evaluation as well as accreditation.

Objective:

 To give participants s tips on delivering training


 To provide an overview of the employability skills training
 Explain to participants their role in the training
 Give participants an opportunity to deliver activities
 Participants are confident about delivering their parts of the training
 Learning the platform skills tools for delivery of training through participatory
approach

Aim:

What skills, attitude, actions and experience are developed during the training process?

 Improving the knowledge and skills of trainers in the field of working with groups.
 Ability to set and achieve educational goals.
 Development of competences for understanding and facilitating individual and
group learning processes.
 Development of skills for successful interaction and teamwork.

Methods and tools:

Conducting the program is based entirely on interactive learning.


Behind the methods selected for the training are the following principles:
 Active involvement of the participants- stimulating their initiative.
 Flexibility of the learning process- to meet their specific training needs.
 Sharing best practices and experience.
 Creating practical dimension of the learning process.

Procedure:
 We accept request for ToT from Training Providers by mail and register them.
 Then we take all the scan copies of certificates including educational and
experience certificate.
 After checking all the qualification and eligible experience for the respective
module only eligible candidates will appear the training program
 We appoint a Master Trainer for each sector and module for ToT.
 ToT includes sessions for Platform skills, core skills, communication and life skills.
 After the completion of training the result will announce according to our master
trainer.
 According to the result of performance and knowledge certificates will issue for all
the successful trainers.

Results of the training process:

At the end of the training program participants will know,

 Theories on the learning processes;


 Approaches for facilitating individual and group learning;
 Interactive teaching methods;
 Principles for the design of training program;
 Methods of assessing learning outcomes.
