PAYMENT: 20% non-refundable down payment required with purchase order for
confirmation. Balance by wire transfer required 2 weeks prior to loading out of factory OR
balance by Letter of Credit required 3 weeks prior to loading out of factory.

DELIVERY: Depends on in-house orders at the time, but average factory lead time is 22 to 24
weeks after receipt of down payment.

FREIGHT: Quotes from factory available upon request. Arrangements for payment of freight
must be made 2 weeks prior to loading out of factory.

WARRANTY: 12 months or 1,000 hours, whichever comes first, for all GOMACO
manufactured items. Purchased components are covered by supplier warranty where applicable.
