project in The United Arab Emirates (UAE). We order you to recruit and supply the

1. Our basic worktime (08 hours/day, 05 days/week) complies the policy made by the
Ministry of Labour-Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam.
2. Overtime (OT) Rate (USD/month) is applied if the workhour exceeds 08 hours/day, or
the workday exceeds 05 days/week.

Here are the conditions of the female cleaners during the fulfillment of their contract in

Confirmation of workers will be left to the sole discretion of the employer. All other terms
and conditions shall be in accordance with the contract of employment. VIVAXAN – VXT
Group has the responsibility to recruit and prepare the mentioned number of workers at the
latest.
