Prayer /Scripture
1. Presentation of each church with :
A. Church flag 5pts
B. With a mascot from one of the twelve tribes of Israel only one per church. 15pts
C. Pastor 5pts.
D. Wife 3pts
E. Each three Church members you get 1 point up till you reach12 pts to reach a total of 40 pts
Points for church members are for those present at time of presentation of churches on the field.
2. Games and sports running.
3. Corn soup cook out competition on the day of the sports by the different churches judging
of corn soup.
4. Barbecue on sale $25.00. 25 tickets for each church money for ticket sold & unsold tickets to
be returned by 24/03 / 2018

– Preserves on sale
5. Each church need to take part and do a item in the concert on the day & short Word .
6. Cricket match Church 11 verses Reform 11. 6 over’s match with players from all the
different churches making up the 11players on Easter Monday.2nd April 2018
7. Bouncy castle, face painting.

MUSICAL PLATES – (males and females)

Persons would move around in a clockwise position to the playing of music. When the music

stops, participants are required to run and stand on a plate. The participant without a plate would

be eliminated. No one is allowed to run back to get on a plate, forward only.

FIVE-LEGGED RACE – 4 per team (2 males + 2females)

Four persons are tied together at the ankles, and above the knees. On the blast of the whistle,

each team will race to the finish line. The team that crosses the line first, wins.
BALLOON RACE – 2 per team (1male, 1female)

A balloon is placed between the foreheads of both participants. With their hands are placed on

the other’s shoulders, they run to finish line. The first team to reach the finish line with the

balloon intact wins.

.SACK RELAY- 4 per team (2males + 2 females)

Participants will be in a sack and placed approximately 20m apart. On the blast of the whistle,

the first team member will jump to the second team member and hand over a baton. This

continues until the last competitor crosses the finish line with baton in hand.
EGG TOSS - 2 per team (1male +1female)

The team will be given an egg, and on the blast of the whistle, one (1) team member would toss

the egg to the other, this process would go on to see how far they can expand their distance while

catching the egg. The team that reaches the farthest with the egg still intact wins.

HARD WORKING FAMILY- 4 per team

Father stands at a mid-point between the start and finish line. On the blast of the whistle, he runs

for each of his family members (one at a time), who are positioned at the starting line. The race

finishes with all four (4) family members

MUSICAL CHAIRS – (males and females)

Persons would move around chairs in a clockwise position to the playing of music. When the

music stops, participants are required to sit on a chair. The participant without a chair would be

eliminated. No one is allowed to run back to sit on a chair.

THREE-LEGGED RACE – 2 per team (1 male+ 1female)

Two persons are tied together at the ankles, and above the knees. On the blast of the whistle,

each team will race to the finish line. The team that crosses the line first, wins.
Tug-Of-War – 10 per team (7males + 3females) +1coach

Ten (10) team members to participate and one coach is allowed. This will be contested in a

‘knock out’ fashion.
