Classification and purpose of research

When you are exploring the topic you want gather as
much evidence , experience, and observations for you to begin the building of your theories. Research can
come in various different forms depending on researchers, Like as.

Exploratory research;

We studied uncertain problems in explanatory research, Through

exploratory research we can easily figure out these problems. Exploratory studies can hugely
useful for social research .They are important when investigator breaking new ground, and
they usually deliver a new topic for research.

Justifications;

# 1; This research is flexible.

#2; It acts as a signal ,and focus on your objectives.

Descriptive research;
Descriptive research gathers quantifiable information that can be used for
statistical interference on your target audience on data analysis .This type of research takes the form of closed
ended question. Which limits to provide unique insights

#2;Comparing groups and issues.

Explanatory research ;
It’s called a usual research . This is conducted for a problem. Explanatory research
have three main purpose , to fulfill the researchers curiosity and need for greater understanding to test the
feasibility of starting more depth in study

Two Justifications;
.#1 This is direct relationship between human resource information system and manager readiness towards
technology.

#2 Why middle level manager are not accepting HRIS because don’t have required skills and some are very
experienced they have anxiety to computer and some other digital devices.
