II. SUMILLA :
Este curso abarcará temas relacionados con la biotecnología tradicional, además de incluir procesos
susceptibles de mejora biotecnológica, la manipulación genética de animales y xenotransplantes.
III. OBJETIVOS :
Las clases teóricas serán de carácter expositivo. Se rendirán dos examenes de teoría.
Las clases practicas se evaluaran en forma escrita (primera parte) y la Segunda parte se realizara de la
siguiente forma:
Avance del trabajo práctico por etapas (50%): A) Estado del Arte (15%), B) Diseño experimental (35%).
Resultados y Presentación del trabajo práctico sustentado (50%).
Sólo podrán dar sustitutorio los alumnos que tengan por lo menos una nota teórica
aprobatoria.

SEMANA 6 23 y 27 de Setiembre Cirugia en hembras: Ovariectomia
SEMANA 7 30 de set y 04 de Octubre Obtencion de células madre testiculares
SEMANA 8 07 y11 de Octubre Obtención de células germinales de cresta genital
SEMANA 9 14 y 18 de Octubre Protocolos de inducción de ovulación: Mamíferos.
SEMANA 10 21 y 25 de octubre Obtención de embriones de 4, 8, 16, mórula y blástula.
