but not limited to the following for the completeness of
works:
- two high level ceiling electrical points
- eight wall-mounted 13A SSO
- 2 concealed 13A SSO in new dry wall
- relevant conduits in ceiling, dry wall and beneath
ground cover to allow future provision of audio
video cabling works
Iii Relocate existing Services Outlet Box

HDB reserves the right to accept the quotation proposal either in whole or in
part.

2. HDB reserves the right to instruct variations to the quantities of any of the items
and to vary the quantity of works. Should there be any variations to the
quantities of the items listed, the unit rates provided in the tables above shall
prevail.
