General FAQ’s

Question: Candidate is unable to login (Invalid login credentials)

Answer: Please ensure that there is no space either in the end or at the starting or the
Username/Password and try again. Most probably the candidate is not entering the correct
password.

Question: Registration page not moving forward.

Answer:

Check the Internet connection, if the same is smooth please request the candidate to check
whether they have filled in all the mandatory fields that are required. If still it is not moving forward,
check the browser they are using, as it works on Mozilla and Chrome only, if they are using
Mozilla/Chrome (Latest Version) and still the problem persists tell them to close the window & try
again.

Question: Can we use calculators/pen & paper?

Answer: Candidates are not allowed to use calculators or any other calculating device however they
can use pen & paper for calculating manually.

Question: AM Start module not moving forward. Candidate claiming that they have selected the
answer already.

Answer: In the module there are two options that the candidate has to select per question, one is
the 'Best Option' & other is the 'Worst Option'. Until the candidate has not selected both these
options, i.e. the best option & the worst option they won’t be able to confirm the option & move to
next question.

Also, same option cannot be marked as both Best & Worst

Question: Queries regarding resuming the test (that got logged out due to Auto-Proc Feature) or test
getting locked. Candiates getting warning or prompt message post log out- ‘Your test has been
invalidated’

Answer: If the test got logged out due to autoproc feature, i.e.

 Either the candidate minimized the test window.


 Or there was an attempt to open any other browser/window/software.
 Or there was any kind of pop-up window. Then the test is automatically logged out & get
locked.
Question: What happens if there are any technical/Internet issues while the test is on?

Answer: If somehow the test is stopped in between, (due to power failure/internet disconnection)
wait for five minutes. The candidate needs to login using the same details and resume the test.

Please ensure the test is resumed within 2 hours of your test being stopped. If not, the candidate
needs to re-appear and take a new test all together.

Question: Can we allow a candidate to restart the test if he is not able to perform well in the first
few minutes?

Answer: In no circumstances the candidates shall be allowed to restart the test. It can be
considered, only if there is a technical error from our system.

Question: How do we view the test results of a candidate?

Answer: Test results will be provided after the test is ended. Also, the test score sheet and reports
can be downloaded from the Recruiter Portal.

Question: Can we provide the test report copy to the candidates, in case they request for it?

Answer: No, the report is a confidential document and should not be shared with the candidates.
Only pass or fail status should be conveyed to the candidates.
