I'd appreciate your answers to some quick questions for a related item I'm reporting on my blog about your
affiliation/endorsement of the device in the fundraiser:

1) As I understand it, the device is in the prototype stage and to my knowledge has never been the subject
of any published research. Therefore, on what basis did you arrive at the conclusion that it "can/could save
many lives"?

2) Can you direct me to any medical organizations that recommend the use of similar handheld suction
devices for responding to a choking emergency?

3) Would you please send me citations to any studies you've authored or co-authored re: foreign body
airway obstruction?

4) How and approximately when did you become involved with the Lifewand's developers/marketers?

5) Is video game entrepreneur Sam Glassenberg of Evanston your husband? If so, does he have any
professional/financial connection to the Lifewand? If so, would you please explain?
