2. ICOW the above reference, request be informed that at around 12:30 in the morning
of August 20, 2019, Elements of City Intelligence Branch-ICPO City Drug Enforcement Unit
(CDEU) conducted illegal drugs Buy-Bust Operation at Purok 5, Barangay Pala-o, Iligan City
that resulted to the successful arrest of the suspect identified as JERRY JARIOL JR. y
LUMINGIT, legal age, single, jobless, a resident of Barangay Pala-o, Iligan City, suspect is DI
listed.

3. Bought from suspect JERRY JARIOL JR. y LUMINGIT was One (1) piece small size
rectangular shape heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance
believed to be shabu which was later marked as JLJ-BB, while recovered from his possession
and control were;

a. One (1) piece medium size rectangular shape heat sealed transparent plastic
sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu which marked
as JLJ-POSS-1
b. One (1) piece big size rectangular shape heat sealed transparent plastic sachet
containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu which marked as
JLJ-POSS-2
c. One (1) piece unsealed plastic sachet containing unsealed Two (2) sachet with
residue believed to be shabu marked as JLJ-POSS-3
d. Two (2) pieces plastic drinking straw colored pink
e. One (1) piece Hapi Pack selecta plastic colored red
f. One (1) piece Five (5) hundred peso bill with serial number JC243660

4. Operating unit conducted inventory in compliance of Section 21 Paragraph 1 of

Republic Act 9165 in the presence of the witnesses Barangay Kagawad Warlito S. Nicolas of
Barangay Pala-o, Media Practitioner Albert Loyola of Brigada News Fm and DOJ representative
Danilo D. Quilo.
 5. Estimated street value of confiscated Illegal Drugs is around One Thousand
Thousand Pesos (Php 20, 000.00); and suspect is temporarily detained at this station pending
the filing of formal charges. The evidentiary value of the confiscated/seized items were properly
preserved and thereafter brought to PNP Crime Laboratory subject for forensic examination.
The case for violation of Republic Act 9165 still being prepared.
