1. INFORMATION PROPER:

At around 11:00 in the morning of January 23, 2019 information

received from a Confidential Informant assigned with source code stated
above stated that AKA “Utol” a notorious peddler of shabu peddling illegal
drugs onboard Tamaraw FX color red and unknown plate number, allegedly
the said vehicle is being used as a transport vehicle for their illegal drugs
transaction particularly at the city proper.

2. COMMENT/s:

Series of information were received by this station stating thereat that a

certain drug personality known only by an alias “Utol” is allegedly selling
shabu dropping the contraband at Barangay Poblascion and Barangay
Saray particularly.

Cohorts and receiving illegal drug personalities are yet to be identified

while the source is being counter-checked to other operating unit.

3. ACTION TAKEN/TO BE TAKEN/REQUESTED:

Intel operatives of this station conducted validation on the true identity

of the subject, the extent of his illegal operations cohorts, modus operandi
and the vehicle used on his alleged illegal drugs activity.
