•Worked closely with Account Director, Senior Planner and Creative Team to consult and implement MARCOM services & solutions
for 3 clients (campaign development, commercial content production, event management)
•Liased as a link to assist communication and collaboration among clients, internal, external stakeholders (partnered Digital/PR
agencies) via organizing weekly updates, meetings and reports; thus MILO increased 2016-2018 incentives for the agency
•Managed the creative and led the production of campaigns/contents/events which required consolidating proposals;
drafting schedule, budget, production plans; and foremost implementing these plans
•Examined clients’ competitors by consolidating primary research findings from partnered agencies and conducting secondary
research to produce quaterly competitor reviews for clients and stakeholders
•Coached 3 interns as their direct supervisor via conducting induction and review sessions on a daily basis, leading 2 of them
to arrive at official positions at the agency

「Nestlé MILO Activ Vietnam Campaign」APAC Effie Bronze Award 2018
•Facilitated the campaign’s development with the aim to increase MILO’s brand relevancy and advocate for youth sports by
raising awareness on the importance of sports, and sponsoring sports events/equipments in schools
•Managed the creative and led the production of the campaign’s contents which in 4 months raised >19 million awareness and
encouraged >3 million kids to participate in the brand’s grassroots activities
•Initiated and led the award submission by working closely with Senior Planner to produce case study write-up and video

•Project-managed the commercial launch and worked closely with Technical Team to adapt the global app into local user interface
