Application Synopsis: The basic requirement of Nutricia is to have an application to enhance

the ability, during proposing, planning, and maintaining the safety of
its employees Danone requires a portal so as to keep record of all the
attempts made to breach the safety policies.
This portal will help the HODs to keep track of all the employees who
are not following the set rules for safety maintenance and will also
inform them of all kind of Abnormalities (engineering or building
defects) faced inside the premises.

 Abnormality Tags
 Dashboard
 HOD Home Page

3. Requires a portal so as to keep record of all the attempts made to

breach the safety policies.

4. Administrator can view the status of any ticket/dialogue

5. Administrator can view the details of the dialogues created in the

whole month or year

6. HOD will keep track of all the employees

7. HOD inform them of all kind of Abnormalities faced inside the

premises.

respective departments

9. User Registration

10. Users of the portal will use the application to create dialogues
and can check the status, track and do other activities.
