PROCEDURE for

WATER PERMIT
APPLICATION
1. The application shall be filed to the NWRBi including the requirements.

Requirements for the Water Permit


Application:
A. Proof of land ownership of, legal title to,, or right to use the property
where the water source is situated.

B. Certificate of Registration from relevant agencies such as DTI, CDA, SEC


and Corp. Sec Certification stating the citizenship and the number of
shares of each stockholders, including the By-laws, the Certificate of
Latest Corporation Financial Structure.

C. Vicinity Map/ or location plan.

D. Well drilling data (in case of existing ground water source).

E. Brief description of the project such as:

E1. How the water will be used; and


E2. The amount of water needed.

F. ECC (on process).

G. Well drilling date.

H. COR from DOE


I. The endorsement of project from DOE.

Note: We merely complied the requirements letter A and


requirements letter C.

2. If the documentation is correct, the application shall be posted and the


applicant shall proceed to the technical appraisal, but if the
documentation is incorrect the application shall return to the
applicant. The remedy of the aggrieved applicant is to file a protest
regarding his application to the NRWB, and the NRWB will conduct a
hearing. If upon adjudication NRWB rendered in favor of the applicant,
he can now proceed to the technical appraisal. If the decision is against
the applicant, the application papers shall be returned to him.

3. If the technical appraisal is approved, the applicant shall coordinate


with the other Agency. The said Agency should determine the source
of water. If the Agency determined that it’s from the Groundwater
source, the applicant shall be required to submit other documents to
get the clearance from that Agency.

The requirements for Groundwater


Source:
A. Well Drilling Data:

A1. Pumping test

A2. Well log data


B. Physical and chemical analysis of water.

Note: We already have the requirements for No. 3-B.

4. Once the applicant complied with the requirements for the


Groundwater source, the Agency shall issue the Permit to Drill and will
submit the well data to NRWB.

5. Upon issuance of the permit to drill by the said Agency and upon it’s
submission of the well data to NRWB, the latter shall evaluate the
technical appraisal. If it is approved, the NRWB will recommend the
approved technical appraisal to the Board for its approval.

6. The Board shall evaluate the technical appraisal and asks the applicant
for more information, but if it is approved by the board, the Water
Permit shall be issued to the applicant.
