 Salary Slip of last Three Months

On your first day at work, you will be given an orientation about the organization and the work expected
from you.

Given herein below, certain basic & standard terms of your employment with the organization, if you
agree with the terms elaborated herein below, you are requested to share your confirmation and
acceptance.

 In case, if you want to leave/resign from the services, you will be required to serve a notice
period of 2 (Two) Months from the date of intimation/communication of resignation.

 Please note, you are entitled for salary only after completion of first 30 days of your employment
in the organization. If you leave in between, without completing first 30 days of your
employment, company shall not be liable to release/pay your salary.

 Please also note, if on verification, at the time of appointment or at a later date, it is found that
you have furnished wrong information/data/facts, related to your qualification/employment, in
such case/s your services with the company shall be liable to be terminated.

However, the detailed terms of employment will be shared with you along with offer of employment.

Please note that the CTC mentioned in the attach LOI, i.e. 3, 00,000 (Three Lacs Only), is subject to the
mobilization and retention of the students. The minimum no. every month has to be 40 students in a
month.

In case of Non achievement of the assured objectives the remuneration will be deducted as per company
norms.

It would be best to have any more queries you have about your benefits and other employment
concerns raised during the orientation/induction program.

You are requested to sign and return the duplicate copy of this letter as a token of your acceptance of the
above offer.
