INTRODUCTION

Youth today is an over-civilized living creature on the earth. We have the

evolution process undergoing continuously at every segment of life. Our
youth have also evolved much ahead of the imaginations. They have
incorporated both the bests and worsts to a very high extent. The leap
that the youth has taken in shaping and modifying their lifestyle is much
beyond the imagination capacity of an average human being. The youth
have developed their race, their sect to the heights that we feel the
necessity to discuss their culture in specificity here. Our present age
youth, the stepping stones of the future world, have many positive points
to be appreciated and encouraged.

The youngsters of the present generation carry in and fulfil their target
with immense courage and determination. They develop a practical
approach towards the life and their social awareness helps in
understanding the society and subsequently leading to the upliftment of
the under-developed nations.

Though we have a lot many points in favour of the present day youth,
still it is a bitter truth that a part of youth is flowing away with the
extremities of the abstracts of the emotions. This yielding tendency has
led to the increasing concern of violence and rage in to the society.

They turn their socializing nature into physical relations which is treated
as a game of the youth leading to complications in later part of their life.
Young generation is becoming tech-savvy. Cyber life has given them
comfort. They have lost the values of human operating the system and
are becoming completely dependent upon the technologies. Youth of the
present generation are indulged in the criminal activities and this
criminal mentality of the youth is created by the society itself.

Today’s youth discriminate people on the grounds of race, gender and

consider other people of unequal status which is degrading the youth in
the present world and creating a narrow mind-set of the youth. If a
person is born in high profile family than he considers other person as
inferior which creates a distinction between the youth and goals of the
nation. This is ultimately degrading the development of nation as India
is a country which grows only with the help of youth participation.

In my project I will discuss about all the negative and positive aspects of
youth in India and the solutions through which the problems can be
curbed. We will also discuss about the legal provisions related to the
