Goal 1: Unite Ongoing & Planned Transit Investments


To collaboratively combine four of the transit investments into one cohesive project
creating strategically-located transit hubs within an expanding Downtown area.
Goal 2: Enhance Intermodal Access & Connectivity
Shift heavy concentration of buses and passengers from one centralized location to
multiple outlying locations that improve intermodal connections and connect to
employment and residential centers.
Goal 3: Support Economic Development
Enhances continued build-out of I-195 District, Financial District and Capital Center
with seamless, frequent bus-to-rail connections.
