paragraph comprised of Government + Private set up, and the
second body paragraph is about Private set up. But the intro.

I've made a couple of minor changes to the essay, but it
is clear. No it's not always necessary to show the two
views, but this essay does because it has been
organised in a compare / contrast style. If you can see
that, it may not be so confusing to you.
In each paragraph it makes a comparison between the

governments managing research with private
organisations. You are asked about both in the
question, so it is logical to compare them in order to
illustrate clearly why one is better than the other.
There are of course other ways to organise the essay.

You don't have to do it the way it has been done. If
there is a way to write it that is easier for you that is
fine, as long as it answers the question.
'This' is referring to the content of the first body

paragraph.

We can as in that context I was treating them as one
'unit' so to speak, but I agree it may look confusing so I
have changed it.

nothing is wrong with this essay,you are doing a great job by
giving the Ielts candidates an idea how to write an Ielts
essay....i have already scored 7 twice in my exam just by going
through model answers even though i did'nt follow the exact
approach as dear sir you have advised........this time will get 7.5

It has become apparent in recent years that private
organizations are responsible for observing scientific research
.In this essay, arguments will be discussed .Personally, I
believe it is the government Gotmajor

One of the main reasons why government should consider
doing such research, it will develop in all different fields .It will
afford the country with advanced knowledge that lead it to
flourish . Nowadays, Science and technology control every
aspects of life , so they are essential to facilitate citizen's life.

This is an IELTS question. You are not expected to be
experts in the topics, but to do well in the IELTS test
you are exptected to have a broad understanding and
knowledge of issues relevant in today's society.
Sometimes you are asked about funding - for example
should the government fund the arts or the renovation
of old buildings.
The answer here does not involve complex scientific

language, but issues around pubic versus private
funding. This is an example of a high-scoring essay too
remember. You may have some different and less
complex ideas if you answer it but they may be fine.

I don't really get it. The writer agrees on the statement that
government should hold more responsibility of scientific
research as stated in the introduction. But then in the third
paragraph ''Another disadvantage related to this..'' implies as if
the word ''this'' in the context is referring to the original stand
which should have been in support and not otherwise thus not
disadvantage but advantage. For me somehow it is rather
confusing and losing the coherence of the main idea.
