 Tips about Customs inspection
Dear Sir or Madam,
In view of the import-export contract that we have agreed, I would like to take this opportunity to
give you a brief introduction about the Customs inspection in our country.
All of the import or export goods in our country can be taken or shipped only after they have
been examined and released by the Customs. As for our frozen meat, apart from inspecting the
import / export license, we have to submit the Veterinary Inspection Certificate issued by CIQ
(Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau). It is the audit basis for the Customs to approve the
goods. Moreover, we also need to pay the duties according to the Customs Import and Export Tariff.

鉴于与贵公司的进出口合同已经商定，我想借此机会为您简要介绍一下
我国海关检查的相关情况。
我国所有进出口货物都必须经过海关查验放行后才能提取或装运。本次
出口冻肉，除查验进出口许可证外，我们还需要提交由出入境检验检疫局出
具的兽医检验证书。海关会依据商检证明核放货物。此外还应按照《海关进
出口税则》缴纳关税。
