AFFIDAVIT OF TRANSFEREE

THAT I, TORIBIO D. FORTUITO, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident

of barangay Magatas, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and manifest:

That I and my spouse owned a total aggregate landholding including the area of
5,585 square meters which I acquired from Virgilio, Beatriz and Justino, all surnamed
Aranas in a Deed under Doc. No. 266; Page No. 55; Book No36; Series of 2006 of
Notary Public Atty. Santiago Sameon V, dated September 25, 2006, does not exceed five
(5) hectares;

This affidavit is executed freely and voluntarily in compliance with DAR

Administrative Order No. I; Series of 1989, as well as to show proof that my aggregate
landholding inclusive of the land subject of the above-mentioned transaction does not
exceed five (5) hectares.

AFFIANT SAYETH NONE.
