INTRODUCE MYSELF

Hi everyone. My name is Anisa Dwi Handayani. You can call me Nisa. I was born in Sukoharjo 30th
October 2003. I live in Bima Street. My hobbies are listening music, watching Korean drama, reading
books and playing volleyball. I want to be a Pediatrician and Lawyer. I have learn in Elementary School
Number 4 Sungailiat and Junior High School Number 1 Sungailiat. My life, because it’s your life.

My favorite food is fried chicken. My favorite drink are juice and water. My favorite color are black
and white. I like watching some Korean drama, one of them is titled “Beautiful World” and I also like the
Korean film titled “Train To Busan”. I like a song from a South Korean Singer name is Jung Seung Hwan
entitled “If It Is You”. I really like Mr. B.J Habibie. I think he’s an extraordinary person.

I don’t have pets and I don’t like cats. I don’t know how I didn’t like cats at first. When I see a
cat I just want to leave. Although one my hobbies is reading books, but I don’t like some books
and I only read books that I like. Sometimes I don’t like challenges, I also don’t like complicated
thing. Sometimes I like math and sometimes I don’t.

I live with my family. My father’s name is Sumarno, he works as a Merchant and my mother’s
name is Sri Rahayu, she’s a Homemaker. I have an older sister’s name is Alfita Rifky
Rahmawati, she learns in Yapensu Vocational High School and I have a younger brother’s name
is Akbar Seto Nugroho., he learns in Elementary School Number 4 Sungailiat.
My father was born in Sukoharjo 3rd December 1971. He is a funny but also strict person. He
taught me how to be a good self without exaggerating anything. I really like the attitude of my
father, he was strict with his children, never discriminating between us. Therefore I love my
father very much.

My mother was born in Sukoharjo 21th October 1975. She was born in the same month as me,
October. My mother is very patient, especially with her children. He always listens to me when I
complain about anything that happens at school or outside the home. She always taught me all
the good things. She makes me delicious food everyday. For me my mother is my best listener.

My sister was born in Sukoharjo 18th April 2002. She is now 17 years old. She is now in 12th
grade. She is easy to get along with anyone. She is also quite confident with her. I fought quite
often and argue with him. She is very freak. I don’t like it when she is angry, because when she
is angry she will not care about anyone. She have learns in Elementary School Number 4
Sungailiat and Junior High School Setia Budi Sungailiat.

My younger brother was born in Sungailiat 6th November 2010. He is now 8 years old. He is
now in grade 3. He is a cheerful person. I was very happy when I was joking with him.
Sometimes we also fight but won’t take long. In my opinion he is a funny and sometimes
annoying person. He is very honest, if he lies it’s very visible. He does not like the things that are
likes by woman for example pink. He likes cartoons.

3.1 KESIMPULAN Pengawetan Bahan Makanan Nabati

Berdasarkan uraian bahasan “Pengawetan Bahan Makanan Nabati” dapat disimpulkan bahwa :

Pangan secara umum bersifat mudah rusak (perishable), karena kadar air yang terkandung di
dalamnya sebagai faktor utama penyebab kerusakan pangan itu sendiri. Semakin tinggi kadar air
suatu pangan, akan semakin besar kemungkinan kerusakannya baik sebagai akibat aktivitas
biologis internal (metabolisme) maupun masuknya mikroba perusak.

Untuk mengawetkan makanan dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa teknik baik yang menggunakan
teknologi tinggi maupun teknologi sederhana. Caranya pun beragam dengan berbagai tingkat
kesulitan. Namun inti dari pengawetan makanan adalah suatu upaya untuk menahahn laju
pertumbuham mikroorganisme pada makananm

Jenis-jenis teknik pengolahan dan pengawetan makanan itu ada 8:

pendinginan

pengeringan

pengalengan

pengemasan

penggunaan bahan kimia

pemanasan
Bahan makanan mempunyai peranan yang penting sebagai pembawa atau media zat gizi yang di
dalamya banyak mengandung zat-zat yang di butuhkan oleh tubuh seperti karbohidrat, protein,
lemak, vitamin, mineral, dan lain-lain

Penggunaan zat aditif (tambahan) dalam makanan dan minuman sangat berbahaya bagi
kesehatan masyaratkan, terutama zat tambahan bahan kimia sintetis yang toksik dan
berakumulasi dalam tubuh untuk jangka waktu yang relatif lama bagi yang menggunakannya.

3.2 SARAN

Bagi produsen makanan hendaknya jangan hanya ingin mendapat keuntungan yang besar tetapi
juga memperhatikan aspek kesehatan bagi masyarakat yang mengkonsumsinyayaitu dengan
menggunakan zat aditf yang tidak membahayakan bagi kesehatan

Bagi Dinas kesehatan c/q Pengawasan makanan dan minuman hendaknya sebelum mengeluarkan
nomor registrasi mengetahui kandungan zat yang ada didalamnya terutama yang membahayakan
kesehatan.

Bagi instansi terkait hendaknya memberikan informasi kepada khalayak luas tentang bahan
kimia atau zat tambahan yang boleh dan tidak boleh digunakan dalam makanan dan minuman
yang mengganggu kesehatan.
