1.1 The basic concept of HRM and its role functions in an organization
HRM have strategic integration.
Human refer to the skill workforce in the organization
Recourse refer to limit availability or scarce
Management refer to utilization and make best use of limit and resources

1.2 About importance of HRM in Organization


HRM using HR Department. If have HRM in organization can direct link with top Management
level, employees and Employers. In the Modern work, top Management level and employer
cannot direct go to employees. Can serve HRM for compensation, developing and benefit of
organization between employees and employers thus why must be have importance role of HRM
in organization.

General Information
Reporting To : BOD & Properties Manager
Location : YTI Co,Ltd.
No.470, Thitsar Road, BahanTownship, Yangon, Myanmar.
Salary Grade : 500 USD
Position Status (full / part time) : Full Time Receptionist/Executive Assistant
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
JOB PURPOSE
The Receptionist/Executive Assistant manages the Head Office by maintaining office system and
daily
operation, provides administrative, logistic support and assistance to executive staff and BOD,
welcomes
and greets the visitors.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and direct all visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer and screen all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries
- Schedule meetings and coordinate the executives’ calendars
- Coordinate various organization and department projects, arrange travels, maintain
appointment logs
- Provide logistical support to meetings held in the Board Room, including preparation of
meeting
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels, supervise, coach and train lower level staff to
ensure every part of the office is cleaned; schedule maintenance work; supervise security officer
and guards to maintain safe
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of reception experience

- At least 3 years’ experience providing support at a high level, experience overseas in


multinational companies a strong advantage

- A pleasant phone voice and excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
Organization and attention to detail required, knowledge of standard office administrative
practices and procedures

- Must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment

- Proven computer experience essential including proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel
required;

- Ideal candidate must be trustful, self-confident and pro-active, have a positive attitude
and be
comfortable in providing customer service to a diverse population
- Bachelor’s degree an advantage
- Language: Native Myanmar and fluent English

Employment test and select procedures are aptitude test and examination that help a business
predict the success of a job candidate. In the modern work force, test as psychological screening,
indicate which employees may have undesirable personality traits, as anger problems. Small
business should review their pre-employment test to do sure they do not violate anti-
discrimination law.
Interviewing
Based Feature of Interview, A procedure design to get information from a person pass oral
response to oral inquiries .Types of interviews are selection interview, Appraisal interview, Exit
interview, HR interview, Technical interview, Conducting test, Initial final list of candidate,
Reference check (if require) etc.

Performance management is making performance appraisal and review to determine the need for
training to do decisions about pay increases to select & promote and to make judge about need
for discipline.
Identify learning and development needs as part of continuous improve of performances.

(3) Employee Compensation and benefit

Employee compensation refer the benefits that employees receive in exchange for service they
provided to their employers. Employee compensation generally one of the highest costs for any
organization. Many different types of compensation paid to employees. Few samples of the
compensation paid to employees are per below

Industrial relations: manage formal and informal relationship with employee representative
(trade union and staff association) collect bargaining on term and condition, resolve collective
disputes, implement consultative committees and partnership agreement.
