RADIO BEING AN AID OR HASSEL?

Radio, as soon as this word comes, plethora of thoughts conjoin in our minds, like the surge of feelings
rushing towards the shore, for some its music, some for the judgment of movies, for current affairs and
well some to hear their crushes [aka our radio jockeys ;)] whose judgments, feelings are carved into their
noble minds which later they serve us in a platter of his or her voices, and listening to them just makes
our day’s… Well there are billions (actually more) of people in this world, who listens to radio. I mean
who wouldn’t?

People forget watching news in the morning but not hearing radios, can you take news channel with you
in the car, can u take news in your pockets unless it is in our android phones or so the richer’s say
IPHONES , however forthrightly speaking most of us don’t even open the notifications which we receive.
Radio plays a very vital role in our being, it’s like Jai without Veeru, Munna without Circuit, just like
Humans without Radio

So don’t you all think that schools and colleges should allow a radio channel which is specifically just for
the youth and teens of our country? Okay country’s specific youth radio channel would be expensive
and hard to manage but if not country at least for each states! This is the opportunity which we teens
and youth wait most of the time for! Who wouldn’t want to listen to their preferred tracks being played,
but mainly our bond with the RJ as there are countless numbers of matters uncovered in a national
channels be it radio, TV or newspaper where these sensitive subjects should be focused in the society
right now like the teen pregnancy, abortions, Gay Marriages ( finally section 377 permitted in India! But
what after that? ), Sex Education!!! These uncovered topics like this are what we want to expose and
discuss, everybody wants the answer to their unspoken questions which are hushed by our so called
“sophisticated, traditional society” where rapes, molestation,abuses in our country are discussed
openly but the reason of why this brutal exercise has been placed upon on a girl or a guy never came out
in open. Ha ha, in our society, urinating is allowed publicly every where but a girl cannot discuss her
period! The radio channel is a gateway to all our answers, also not just our matters but; it is a platform
for everybody to open their talents which were hidden inside their souls due to various reasons, may be
due to shyness or self confidence issues or bullying. Anything!

This is it, this is the podium for all youths to share whatever their heart desires, to do whatever they
want, to get answers to their questions, mainly it is a platform where we youths are heard, our
questions, our insecurities, our inner most wishes are taken notice of but mainly we CONNECT. So you
people decide that is the Radio channel targeted for youth is helpful for all of us or is it going to turn
into a rebellion stride?
