PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION:

 Increase in no of deaths due lack of blood availability in

the hospitals at the right time.

 Lack of awareness about the benefits of blood donation.

 Only few people are coming forward to donate blood.
 Throwing plastic and normal waste in parks.
 Not cleaning the parks regularly.

 No proper availability of proper dustbins in parks.

 People are not coming forward to clean the parks in
their neighbour hood.
 Throwing medical waste in and around the college and
hospital premises.
 Students facing health issues because of lack of proper
sanitation in government medical colleges.

 No cleaning in the college premises since many years

 Increase in no of deaths due to lack of food .
 Not having a proper food to eat .
 The people who stays on footpaths are not having
proper clothing and economical support to lead their
lifes with minimum needs.
  No one is coming forward to donate some food or
money to the people who we see begging regularly near
by our houses.

CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM IDENTIFIED:

 Lack of awareness about the uses of Blood donation .

 Continuous deaths due to un availability of blood in
hospitals at the right time.
 Not maintaining proper surroundings in government
college.
 Throwing medical and plastic waste in around the
college.
 Not maintaining proper sanitation inside the college.
 Throwing plastic waste in parks.
 Not having dustbins inside the park.
 No regular cleaning of the park where kids play
regularly.
 People not coming forward to clean their own locality.
 Not maintaining proper sanitation in the public places.
 Unavailability of food for the people who live on
footpaths.
 Continuous deaths due to lack of proper food.
OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT:

 Creating awareness about uses of Blood donation.

 To save lives by providing blood.
 To clean medical waste around the college.
 To create a proper environment in around the college.
 To provide proper environment around the college
premises.
 To clear the plastic waste in parks.
 To maintain clean air in parks.
 Recycling plastic waste.
 To donate food for the needy people who resides on
roads and footpaths.

VARIOUS ACTIONS TAKEN TO ACHIEVE THE

OBJECTIVES:

 Reaching a well designated person to create awareness

through the news channels.
 Conducting awareness program about the uses of blood
donation and park sanitation.
 Creating awareness about benefits caused to the body
by donating the blood.
 Consulting the responsible authorities for maintaining
the things regularly.
 Making them to look after the work before and after.
 Providing proper certification from redcross for the
people who donated the blood in the camp.
 The certificate will be signed honourable governor of
Telangana state.

 Providing medical tests to check whether the person can

donate the blood or not.
 Checking blood pressure of the person to know about
what amount of blood he can donate.
 Providing energy drinks and fruits to the person who
donated the blood.

 By talking to the principal of the college to explain him

the need of sanitation to be maintained in a college.
 Telling them about our college how it is maintained and
cleaned daily.
 Educating the people who vists the park about the need
of the sanitation.

 And telling them what to do if it is not maintained

properly.
 Helping hands works for helping the people who needs
support for their life.
  Providing food to people who wants to donate blood or
want to help in cleaning parks.

Control mechanism applied so that the problem does

not arises again:

 Reaching higher authorities and government officials to

maintain the parks clean regularly.
 Conducting awareness program.
 Educating the residents in that area about the things to
be done regularly so that government and people can
work together.
 Conducting regular health checkup in the blood
donation camp to attract the people.
 Reaching local residents to encourage them to donate
the blood.
 Creating awareness about the blood donationan what it
can do to a life.
 Talking to the principal of the college about the regular
maintenance of clean surroundings.
 Donating new dustbins to both park and college
management.
 Creating aware among students about how important it
is to maintain college neat and clean.
 And how it can have effects on health of the students.
 Spreading about the work we had done through news to
make people aware about why the work was and had to
be done.
 Starting a donation camp to raise funds to help needy
people and for awareness programmes.
 creating a blood donors list to help when they are
emergency cases.
