RECIPE

Ryan’s Bread  Ingredients 


● 2 Cups Warm Water (add 2TB more during 

Machine  ●

the dry season) + 6 TB water for grains 
1 TB Amaranth 
1 TB Millet 

Bread 
● 1 TB Quinoa 
● ¼ Cup Honey 
● 2 TB Chia Seeds 
● 5 Cups Bread Flour 
● ⅓ Cup Steel Cut Oats 
● 1 TB Yeast 
● 2 TB Powdered Milk 
● 2 TB Unsalted Butter 
● 1 TB Salt 

Preparation 
1. Cook Grains 
Add Quinoa, Millet, & Amaranth to a 
large microwave-safe bowl with 6 TB 
Water and microwave on High for 5 
minutes. 
2. Bread Machine Time! 
Place ingredients in bread machine as 
listed in the ingredients and set the 
machine to the dough cycle for a 2lb loaf. 
Let it do its thing. 
3. Prep Loaf Pans 
Butter and flour the loaf pans. 
4. Knead, Divide, and Rise  
  Once the Dough Cycle has completed, 
knead the dough and divide into three 
loaves, and place in pans. Let rise covered 
Ready in ​2-2.5 Hours (depending on Bread  for 30 minutes. 
Machine)  5. Cook 
Active Cooking Time ​25 minutes  Cook at 350° F for 20-30 minutes 

Makes ​2-3 Loaves 


    Tips 
For Garlic bread/Pizza Dough, omit the chia seeds 
and steel-cut oats, then (optionally) add minced 
garlic and granulated garlic. 
Bread can also be made into rolls/breadsticks and 
cooked on a cookie sheet
