6. National exam preparation

(Once qualified for N2 or from 3rd year)

7. Night shift work applies according to your Japanese language abilities. (Expected after a
year and a half or from 2nd year)

8. Even after being a qualified as a certified care worker rent will be subsidized. Once
qualified housing does not have to be the one provided by Houkoukai. Housing may be rented upon
your preference (Guarantor can be consigned to Houkoukai)

2. Daily Life
Koga city in Ibaraki prefecture is a nice place to live where you can enjoy the season in a
country setting. It is one hour to Tokyo and very convenient. Within 2 km of the living area
there are supermarket, convenience store, bookstore, hospital and clothing store; it is an easy
place to live.
You can enjoy a sense of season - pleasant time with cherry blossoms and many other flowers,
time for lush, delicious time for spreading golden rice stalk and a lot of harvests, time for
snow (5cm of snow for 2~3 times a year). Although Japan has an earthquake, daily support is
provided at the facility in a time of disaster. Since we plan to continue EPA acceptance, we
ask your cooperation such as giving guidance to the junior candidates, on-site interviews and
the like.

3. About Houkoukai
500 people are working with us. We operate our business focusing on the elderly, the disabled
and childcare; we work on total 9 areas in business and also operate our business in the area
of day service, etc

4. Regarding foreign workers


Plans are underway to have 40 to 50 foreign workers within the company. It is not limited to
EPA. but will be accepting students from overseas, and skill trainees.
From April.2019 Two Indonesian students will begin work.

Making consideration for Muslim religion

We will inform about wearing Hijab to staff, users and their families and time for pray as much
as possible.
We will let our staff to learn about Muslim religion and Indonesian culture and life for both
of us to mutually cooperate each other.
