As a specialist acquired knowledge and skills of caregiving with understanding of Japanese welfare
system, provide support for daily life of the residents.
Caregiving work
For the elderly residents, providing assistance for meals, bathing and toilet; and caregiving work
such as bed making, night-shift work, accompanying them on an outing.

1.As other allowances, treatment improvement allowance is provided. The result in 2017: March
and September: 120,000 yen each; 240,000 yen in total)
Special holiday allowance (Golden week (between April and May): 2,000 yen per day; the end of

2 Besides, for 2 weeks after start of assignment, we hold a in-facility practical training for
daily living (preparation for living and learning the living rules, etc.) so as to stabilize
life in Japan.
5. We provide Japanese lessons with teachers hired externally during the working hours (1st
year: Getting accustomed to Japanese, 2nd year: Preparation for the national exam, N2 level)
7. Night shift work applies according to your Japanese language abilities. (Expected after a
year and a half or from 2nd year)
8. Even after being a qualified as a certified care worker rent will be subsidized. Once
qualified housing does not have to be the one provided by Houkoukai. Housing may be rented upon
your preference (Guarantor can be consigned to Houkoukai)
-Housing allowance for rent applies as same as a regular employee. (Rent x 80% maximum amount
40,000 yen)
-Bonus provided (Based on previous year performance. Yearly amount provided 4
month worth of base salary; 680,000 yen annually)
-The amount of improved treatment fee has increased (Achievement of last year: 26,000 yen per
month, 312,000 yen per year paid)
-Allowance for obtaining driver liscense or other qualifications can also apply.
2. Daily Life
Koga city in Ibaraki prefecture is a nice place to live where you can enjoy the season in a
country setting. It is one hour to Tokyo and very convenient. Within 2 km of the living area
there are supermarket, convenience store, bookstore, hospital and clothing store; it is an easy
place to live.
You can enjoy a sense of season - pleasant time with cherry blossoms and many other flowers,
time for lush, delicious time for spreading golden rice stalk and a lot of harvests, time for
snow (5cm of snow for 2~3 times a year). Although Japan has an earthquake, daily support is
provided at the facility in a time of disaster. Since we plan to continue EPA acceptance, we
ask your cooperation such as giving guidance to the junior candidates, on-site interviews and
the like.
3. About Houkoukai
500 people are working with us. We operate our business focusing on the elderly, the disabled
and childcare; we work on total 9 areas in business and also operate our business in the area
of day service, etc
We will inform about wearing Hijab to staff, users and their families and time for pray as much
as possible.
We will let our staff to learn about Muslim religion and Indonesian culture and life for both
of us to mutually cooperate each other.
