Conceptual Framework

This study will determine the service provided by Frappe Avenue and the quality of their

product they generally served their customers, the students of Saint Francis College- Guihulngan.

The general service and product quality must deepen the level of customer satisfaction.

Figure 1 shows the input by knowing the demographic profile referring to the respondents'

age, gender, course/strand, and lastly the year level by using survey questionnaires to determine

satisfaction level in terms of ambiance, cleanliness, drink quality, serving quantity, customer

service, and price. In processing the data that will be collected, it will undergo thorough analysis

and interpretation. Moreover, problems that may be faced will also be discussed, including

possible solutions to the problems encountered. In addition, this research will serve as a positive

feedback loop for further suggestions and improvements regarding Frappe Avenue's service and

product quality to satisfy customers.
