FILIPINO FAMILY TODAY

Now a day no one can deny that our family is the fundation of the society, if the society have
no family that can say it does not considered as a society, in where our journey will be started. Family is a
group of related individual includes children, parents and other relatives. They help us to grow and to
achieve our meaningful goals in life. But, what is family? For me, family is a group of person that always
at our side to support in anything that we do in our life. However, everyone have different interpretation
of family but it is also same values. Family is the most important feature in one's life. The family have
different types or form based on birth, marriage, nature of residence, ancentry or decent, size of
structure and nature of relation. That form of families makes the kinship become strong us we can
observed now a day in our country or community. But why it is also present today in our country? And
what is the effects of that in our society?

Kinship happen through having a family ties that can be recognized, because of the
closeness of the individual in the family and other that can be related to each other, such as an
indigenous tribes that live in one clan group that ties together until death.

Family ties are very strong in our country and traditionally have a greater empazesis on the
family than to the individual. They are the country that have an strong kinship, not only in the past
generation but until now up to the present.The family are bound by the loyalty, respect and affection of
each and everyone of the member of the group. Each of the member are expected to obey and to follw
the rule that we have that set by the elder member or household rather than to our ouw perspective or
individual agenda. So that the people are put family ties and relation to each other as a priority of
everyone and they always provided and sustain the needs and perspective of family.
 Family means everything that we have in our society. It is the group that make us
comfortable and happy in living this world. They share joy, sorrow and achievement in life. That can only
see in a group of family. They ties together even though they encounter a different problems and
situation in life. They always support each other, not only because of we connected by blood but also to
other people that we have a connection, such as compadrazgo,and etc. Filipino family are have the great
solidarity that emphasis the good characteristics that blood group and other relatives have. Through
marriage the foundation of the family are make strong ties that no one can not destroyed or break until
death.

I conclude that having a kinship and different types or form of families are present in the
country are the great privileged that we have because they are connected to each other especially in
socializing other people in the community. That helps to each and everyone to have peaceful and stable
life in the society. But sometimes it can also cause of the conflict in one society.
