body of MC Doe # 62 at the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Morgue on the
10th day of May, 1993, and that the said autopsy revealed:

Regarding the circumstances in the demise of the decedent, please refer to the
inquest investigation report prepared by the Justice of The Peace.
A complete autopsy is carried out by the authority of Judge James Collier,
Justice of the Peace, Pct. 2, McLennan County, Texas

EXTERNAL EXAMINATION

Body is presented to the county morgue secured in a blue body bag admixed
with a large quantity of ordinance and clad in a hooded long sleeve jacket,
knitted long sleeve sleeper, disposable diaper and a loose knitted shirt.

Body is that of child consisting of decomposing soft tissue admixed with skull
bones, vertebral bones, ribs, pelvic bones, as well as upper and lower extremity
bones.

INTERNAL EXAMINATION

The left rib depicts a compression fracture 4 1/2" from the sternal end, 4 1/2"
long and 1/8" deep.

The chest and abdominal organs consist of amorphous brownish decomposing

tissue with active insect larvae and precludes further examination

CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM: Straight brown scalp hair is present. The

right temporal bone depicts a 3 1/2" x 2 3/4" defect with a small area of
beveling on the inner table. The defect is surrounded by numerous metallic
fragments.
