CONTRACT OF LEASE

Know all men by these presents:

This Contract of Lease is executed and entered into by and between:

Marcela Gabriel, Filipino, of legal age, married, with residence and postal code at Rizal
st, San Mateo, Rizal, hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR
and

Juan dela Cruz, likewise Filipino, of legal age, married, and a resident of Centro, San
Mateo, Rizal, hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE.

WITNESSETH

Whereas, the LESSOR the absolute owner of an apartment located at Barangay III, San
Mateo, Isabela;

Whereas, the LESSOR desires to lease the afore-described apartment in favour of the
LESSEE and LESSEE accepts the lease subject to the terms and conditions herein set forth;

Whereas, on March 13, 2019, the LESSOR and LESSEE executed a Contract of Lease
relative to the above-mentioned apartment;

NOW THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, the LESSOR and LESSEE
agree as follows;

1. The rental fee for the above-mentioned apartment shall be Thirteen Thousand

Pesos(P13,000) every month, payable to the LESSOR every 13th day of the month;

2. The LESSEE shall pay the monthly electric bill, water bill, and other utility bills which

will be incurred by the LESSEE and all persons living with him;

3. The LESSEE shall bear the cost of repair for any damages to the apartment caused

by the LESSEE or any persons living with him;

4. The LESSEE shall maintain the cleanliness of the comfort rooms and his respective

areas; and
 5. The period of this contract shall be for one (1) year which commenced on March 13,

2020, renewable for another year depending on mutual agreement of both parties.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public, personally appeared the above-named persons, known
