Sir,
Subject: – Criminal Complaint- Complaint against Ali Sher Khan,
Mohsin Khan and his staff for threatening me with the dire
consequences, warned my bus conductor to not to witness of a
deadly attack upon me on 02-07-2019, threatening to book false
cases upon me and on my bus conductor to compromise in a case
300/2019 they deadly attacked. Req. Reg.

I, Mirza Saleem Baig S/o Mirza Mehmood Baig Aged about 30 years, R/o 20-3-
383, Hussaini Alam, Charminar, Occupation Bus Driver would like to submit
following few lines for your kind consideration & requesting you to please take
immediate, stern and necessary action in the above said subject.

1. That, on 02-07-2019 Mr. Ali Sher Khan his Son Mohsin Khan & Rasheed
have planned & attacked, Beaten and thrashed me at Shah Ali Banda Near
Voulga Hotel and tored my shirt when I reached Golkonda they along with
Layeeq, Irfan, Feroz and 8-10 others again attacked me & my conductor
with the weapons iron rods and knuckle punches broken my left hand 2nd
metacarpal bone, injured my both eyes and thrashed me mercilessly with an
intention to kill me at Golconda bus stand, Bala Hisaar, subsequent to it a
case has been registered vide Crime No 300/2019 at Golkonda Police
Station, Hyderabad.

2. Furthermore, the Mohsin Khan, Rasheed, Layeeq & others after their release
on bail and his father by name Ali Sher Khan have threatened me through
various people, through their staff, pressurizing me to compromise the case.
Also they are threatening my bus conductor by name Sajid Ali, the eye
witness (Sajid Ali was on duty on the day of attack) to not to witness

 otherwise to face dire consequences and one of his staff by name ASHWAQ
(Sajid Ali’s relative) also contacted Sajid Ali’s family at BIDAR District,
Karnataka and lied them about the incident, he said it was me & my bus
conductor beaten the accused Mohsin Khan, Rasheed, Layeeq, Irfan, Feroz
and 8-10 others on 02-072019, the factual incident was captured in the
CCTV camera.

3. Sir, They also lied upon us to disturb our minds & lives, as we are daily
wage earners they said that owner of the vehicle is fed up with us and he is
searching new driver & conductor and soon he will remove us from our jobs
for the attack. When i have enquired about it with the owner of the Setwin
bus TS08UB2723, the owner of the vehicle denied about searching new staff
and removing us from our jobs.

Hence I request your good office to take Immediate & Stern Action and I also seek
police protection from these anti social elements. Your immediate and kind act will
save the life & liberty of myself and my family members.
