I have attended an interview for a student visa at your office and submitted my passport for visa
stamping. I have been informed that the visa is successful and the passport & all original
documents can be collected from the embassy. Since I am not in a position to travel to Delhi
again, I hereby authorize Mr. Yazhinian Sridhar on my behalf to collect the passport and
handover to me. I am enclosing the attested photocopy of my passport and handover to me.
