QUOTATION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Price : As stated above EXW Dongguan China Factory Price excluding import tax and
duty to final destination. Installation, testing & commissioning services of the
above quoted equipment are excluded from this quotation.
Delivery : Approx. 55-60 working days (except the holiday) to deliver upon receipt of firm order and
collection of deposit payment.

Payment : 50% deposit to be paid by T/T and 50% balance to be paid before shipment.

Warranty : All of the above equipment will be warranted against defective parts for one (1)
year from date of testing and commissioning (but not exceeding fifteen (15)
months from goods delivery) on the condition that the equipment is installed,
operated and maintained in accordance with all procedures and recommendations
as mentioned in instruction manuals. All consumable spare parts are excluded.
* All testing and commissioning reports should be sent to Adekom after machines started up for
warranty period approval.

Validity : 30 days from the date hereof.
