4. This is a CLOSED BOOK Exam.

cover of the exam script book and the front of this exam paper.  
6. Non text storing calculators are allowed.  
7. Bi-lingual dictionaries are not allowed.  
8. This exam paper contains sections A, B, and C.
9. Section A: 20 Multiple choice questions. Value 15 marks
10. Section B:  Four short answer questions. Value 20 marks.
11. Section C:  Case study with three questions. Answer all three question. Value 
15 marks.
