JOINT URGENT MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

COMES NOW, the undersigned counsel for VILLAMOR “LOLOY” CUBILLAS y

MACA, ALICIA CUBILLAS y SABAS and FERNANDO REYES CURATO II, and unto this
Honorable Court, most respectfully manifest:

1, That the above titled petition is scheduled for trial tomorrow

February 28, 2019;

2. That on the same date of hearing, the undersigned as employee of

National Commission on Indigenous People Region 13, has been ordered to be
present before the National Commission on Indigenous People Manila for a
scheduled seminar and training; (Copy of the Order and the Program is hereto
attached)

3. That there is therefore a conflict of schedule for the hearing scheduled on

February 28, 2019.

4. That the undersigned counsel is constrained to attend his scheduled duty

as Acting Provincial and Regional Legal Officer of NCIP- Region 13.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is mostly respectfully prayed that the

scheduled hearing of the above-titled Criminal Case be please cancelled and reset
on another date.
