A. Introduction

B. Motivation:
Show a picture of a kitchen and a bathroom. Ask the pupils
1. What can you see in a kitchen? In a bathroom?
(AP Concept: Parts of a House: Emphasize that we cook and prepare food in
the kitchen while we take a bath in the bathroom)
2. Can we identify which object has a good smell or bad smell?
D. Teaching/Modelling
1. Presentation of the Lesson
Tell the pupils the lesson: God and Bad Smell
2. Development of the Lesson
Show the 2 jars labelled “Nabanglo” and Nabangsit and the 10
paper jars with concrete objects inside it. Using a blindfold, pupils will
smell the jar and tell whether the object has a good or bad smell. They
will also be given a chance to guess what object is inside the jar and try
to figure out where they can find it, Is it in the bathroom or in the
kitchen. Finally, they will pin the picture in the jar labelled “Nabanglo”
and “Nabangsit”
E. Guided Practice
Perform the task indicated inside the envelopes.
Group 3: Puzzle (Arrange the puzzle pieces to identify the object. Tell
whether it has a good smell or bad smell)

D. Independent Practice
“I can catch that smell”. Pupils will be given a chance to go fishing.
Each fish inside the mini-aquarium has labels. Identify whether the written names of
objects has a good smell or bad smell.
Remind the pupils to wear their jackets and hats to protect themselves
from the heat of the sun.
