Esinophil: Note the red granules DO
NOT COVER nucleus.

Basophil: Purple granules cover


bilobed nucleus.

Lymphocyte: Round nucleus with


scanty cytoplasm.
Schistocytes (fragmented RBCs)
Round macrocytes and target cells in chronic
alcoholism.
Monocyte: greyish blue cytoplasm
with fine granules and one or more
clear vacuoles.
