lasting as a Woman ages and matures.
1. Avoid Stress.
The Sun burns the Skin. The heat of the Sun is damaging to the
Skin.When the Skin is exposed under the Sun , the skin ages . The
main organ of the body that is most affected by ultra violet rays is the
Skin. The Skin wrinkles, and deteriorates fast. It is advisable for us,
not to stay under the sun from nine in the morning till three in the
afternoon. The Sun can make you older with your young age. But
taking care of your Skin, by avoiding the free radicals as they say, can
make you young with your age. A person can opt to settle inside to get
rid of the Sun. A person may also wear some protective gears like
sunglasses or long sleeved apparel to protect her from the Sun.
4. Sleep Well.
When a person sleeps the body pumps up the blood flow , so that
the person wakes up with that fresh , glowing skin.
Enough Sleep , makes the eyes brighter, and less puffy eyes,
makes you lovely.
The person becomes active and alert , by feeling good and happy,
she would smile a lot, and act gracefully.
Make it a habit to eat the right amount of all these, it can make
you beautiful inside out.
