person physically , emotionally, and mentally. When a person is under
stress, her reaction will be different from what she had think of ,or
planned ahead. By being stressed, a person becomes bothered, and
anxious.
Stress, affects the physical routine of an individual. The person will
not be able to do what she is ought to do. A stressed person cannot
focus , she cannot work well, she cannot stay calm, and this will show
off on her face, and her body will deteriorate eventually.

Avoiding Stress is truly hard. A person should adapt a mindset that


is advantageous to her. A person must identify the Cause of Stress,
she must think on how to combat the Stressor. A person must learn
how to prevent or even eliminate the stressor for good.

Stress likewise , disturbs the emotional stability of a person. Some


of the symptoms are, failure to focus, her behavioral activity changes,
she becomes irresponsible, and she tend to forget to take care of
herself.

Treat yourself. Seven or eight hours of sleep everyday is amazing.


Do not compromise Sleep with any activity. When a person sleeps, her
cells regenerates. Sleep renews a person. It relaxes the mind, body,
and soul. When a person is able to Sleep well, during the night,she
wakes up vibrant and happy.

In order to achieve this, a person must prepare for that good


night sleep, and avoid overthinking , or drinking caffeine before bed
time.

When a person sleeps the body pumps up the blood flow , so that
the person wakes up with that fresh , glowing skin.

Enough Sleep , makes the eyes brighter, and less puffy eyes,
makes you lovely.

The person becomes active and alert , by feeling good and happy,
she would smile a lot, and act gracefully.

5. Eat Fruits and Vegetables.

Taking variety of berries, citrus fruits ,and green leafy


vegetables , makes the skin healthy . The skin becomes supple and
naturally beautiful.
