million. In the 10 years since it started, Flipkart has come to offer over 80 million products

Roles and Responibilities
 Independently handling two warehouses with the manpower of 302 & 165.
 Payroll Processing.
 Time Management System‐ Keeping the accurate time records, cross verifications
of attendence, leave records of employees, reducing the absenteeism of employees
through daily monitoring & counselling with the long absent employees about their
cause of absenteeism and issuing warning letters for their long absenteeism.
 IR‐Timely redressed all type of greiverence,issue the letters to the late coming.
 Contract Labour‐ Communicate to the contractor about the requirements,take
interviews of contract workers, checking basic & personal informations, daily
monitoring of manpower availability.
 Welfare Activities‐ Motivating the employees through various activities like
Celberating Employees Birthdays, Suggestion Scheme & Rewards, R&R programme,
Attendence Bonus Scheme, Periodical Medical Checkup likr Eye, Sugar, Blood pressure
and Haemoglobin etc.
 Safety and Health‐ Arranging of safety training programs, keeping eye on any
voilations of any safety rules on the warehouse permises.
 Onboarding and Offboarding of casual manpower.
 Handling BGV & CRC cases.
Achievements
 Warehouse was top in PAN India during BBD.
 Warehouse was1st in north zone&2nd in PAN India in attendence floor test.
 Hiring 467 casual manpower. More than 160 with the refference & reduced the
company cost till 1.5 lac.
 Overall absenteeism is less than 4% & less than 1% absenteeism during BBD.
 Attrition rate was zero during BBD pressure.

I am a fresh graduate with dynamic personality. Starting from my school days, I have been
sincere in completing the task assigned to me. I was oriented towards team activities and even
today find myself a good team player. This combination developed my strong interest towards
field sport and my sincerity towards the same transformed me in to a national level hockey
player for which I have received recognition at several platforms.
I am motivated to repeat similar success story in professional field as well. My core area of
