Greetings! I am writing this letter in full support of the college admissions application of Isabella “Bella” Brito-
Amador. I have worked closely with Bella over the past seven years, and it is my hope that my perspective on her
accomplishments and character may aid you in your admissions decision process.

Bella Brito-Amador has been a member of the curricular orchestra program at Wheaton North for each of her four
years of high school. She is currently in the fourth highest ensemble, out of five, despite starting in the lowest
orchestra her freshman year. Bella is attentive in rehearsal, responsive to criticism and supportive of her
colleagues. On occasion, she has taken time out of her day to help beginner students or coach the viola section in
lower orchestras.

On a personal level, Bella is a high-achiever who exhibits a strong sense of balance between the rigor of the
academic work and a secure sense of individuality and identity. She relates naturally with peers, teachers, and
mentors, and she communicates clearly and easily with others. She brings an enthusiastic, fun, and caring spirit to
her work.

It is my belief that Isabella Brito-Amador has gained knowledge, skills, habits, and character traits that will
translate to success in her future endeavors. In particular, her passion to be a contributing teammate and overall
dedication will enable her to succeed in whatever program of study that she chooses, and her presence will make
a positive impact on any university community.
