I love playing football It is a collective and team-work dependent sport that’s why I like it. I also enjoy
playing chess because it helps sharpen my cognitive skills.

Please tell us about the music you enjoy and why do you enjoy it?

The music genre that I like is classical music, listening to it helps me during studying and sleeping, it
eases my stress and anxiety and helps me concentrate and focus.

Please tell us about the books you enjoy and why do you enjoy them?

I like reading horror and detective books, I enjoy the mystery and suspense element in them, I feel like it
stimulates my brain and engages me in the story.

after my friend gave me a year's membership as a gift. Why did you join?
Hello dear, I’ve just joined the club two day ago! The main motive is to adapt a healthy lifestyle, I wasn’t
doing any workout before which caused some weight problems, now I’ll make sure to exercise on daily
basis.
what do you like about learning languages?
The club is going to start posting members’ reasons to join the language club? What do you think
about this idea?

How do you feel about the club?


I feel really excited, my experience has been amazing so far, I’m looing forward to meet my friends
there, I liked how everything is organized and in order, however I’m still a new member and I hope this

Hey Olga, what do you think about the fee increase at the sports club? I can’t believe they are increasing
the fees and closing early. If you ask me the gym should offer a discount if they plan to close early. I just
signed up and already a fee increase! Not happy!! Maria.

I am a member at the club and I have read you announcement regarding the increase in fees and the
closure each Wednesday. I am writing to express my disappointment about this issue, I feel really
frustrated that members have to pay more for not so much improvement in service, while also not being
able to visit the club on Wednesdays for as long as four months! This is unacceptable from my
perspective.

I know you are doing your best, but have you considered other options? I suggest you add more features
to the membership so that there is some sort of compensation. I’m sorry I would have to cancel my
membership if the situation is not fixed. Looking forward for your replay.
