Course Description

This is a course on the methods of reasoning, syllogisms, arguments and expositions,

deductions, the truth table demonstrating invalidity and inconsistency of arguments. It
also includes the logical organization of legal language and logical testing of judicial
reasoning.

CLASSROOM RULES

Attendance

Attendance is mandatory. Any anticipated absence should be reported to the instructor

as soon as possible. Excuse letters must be duly noted by the instructor and given the
week after to warrant any cancellation of a missed graded activity.
Attendance, which is actual presence during each and every roll call at the beginning of
class, will be rewarded accordingly at final grading.
