I. COURSE NUMBER AND TITLE: Math 2 STATISTICS


II. COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course deals with the basic concepts of statistics, some statistical methods, tools, and techniques used in analyzing data and making descriptions and
inferences.
III. COURSE CREDITS : 3 Units
IV. PRE REQUISITE : None

V. COURSE OBJECTIVES: At the end of the semester the students is expected to:

1. Be able to apply correctly and effectively the methods, tools, and techniques of statistics in organizing, summarizing, and
describing data sets.
2. Be able to solve real- world problems involving the analysis of education business and data.
3. Be able to appreciate and understand the importance of information about Statistics for them to cope up with the new world
problems and they can help to solve it by applying the methods and techniques they will learn for this subject.
