35. To mobilize4 and educate children, parents and the community on good nutrition, adequacy of food intake and preparation of various
types of food.

36. To increase the production, preservation and proper utilization of food crops

37. To encourage and educate parents and community on breastfeeding and appropriate weaning foods for children under five.

38. To ensure provision of essential nutrients for children and pregnant mothers in areas where there is a shortage of foods with these
nutrients
