MANIFESTATION

COMES NOW, the undersigned Defendant, by himself, unto

this HONORABLE COURT, most respectfully avers:

1. That on September 05, 2019, we received the Order of

this Honorable Court dated 15 August 2019 cancelling the
scheduled September 19,2019 hearing which is to be “reset until
further notice”;

2. That with all due respect and utmost humility, we

would like to point out to the Honorable Court that this case has
been postponed several times on different occasions for various
reasons, most notably therein is the absence of a permanent
Presiding Judge of this court;

3. That the last scheduled hearing was set on September

24, 2018 or exactly one year ago. And we can’t help but think
that the possible next schedule of hearing would be set sometimes
in 2020. It is without gainsaid to ask that special priority be given
to our case in setting of hearing.

4. Thus, I respectfully and fervently request to your Honorable

Office that our case be immediately scheduled by October 2019 or
on the nearest possible date before the end of the year.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, is it most respectfully

prayed for this Honorable Court that this case be scheduled at the
earliest possible time before the end of the year.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the circumstances are

likewise prayed for.
