Power-End Repair Parts
Section 6 lists the repair parts for the HT-400 power end.

Parts List, Subassemblies

The power-end parts list is organized according to subassembly, ring gear,
crankshaft subassemblies, and right-hand, left-hand case side. Parts that are
indented in the Description column are part of the preceding assembly. Numbers
under the Quantity (Qty) column are the totals needed to build a complete
power-end assembly.

An exploded view of the assembly is shown opposite the assembly parts list. The
view and parts list are keyed to each other by a location (LOC) number. The
diagram is repeated when the parts list is continued on the next page.

Counters and Rate Meters

Because of the variations in the counters, the counters are arranged in a different
format. To order a complete counter assembly, use the list on Page 6-43. You will
need to know the units and coupling method of the counter and the specific
pump to which it is connected.

To order parts for a specific counter, use the list on Page 6-45. Find the part
number in the Counter Assy Part No. column. The individual part numbers are
listed on that line.

Rate meters are different for right and left-hand pumps, and barrel counter
assemblies are different for different sizes of pumps. The part number is deter-
mined by the orientation of the power-end drive (right- or left-hand) and the
diameter of the fluid end.
