 60% advance, 30% at the time of delivery of material at site, and the remaining 10% after
completion.

 Continuous Electricity, water and clearance for labor to be provided by client on site.
 Prices are ex-thallian FWO.
 Any extra works other than the ones mentioned in the description will be charged accordingly.
